Cuba e-Arrival

As of February 2025, travelers to Cuba are required to complete the D'Viajeros online form prior to arrival. This digital form streamlines the entry process by consolidating health and customs information. Here's what you need to know:

• Mandatory Completion: All travelers, including foreign visitors, Cuban citizens, and residents, must fill out the D'Viajeros form before entering Cuba.
• Submission Window: The form should be completed within 7 days prior to your arrival in Cuba. It's advisable not to wait until the last minute to avoid potential issues.
• Information Required: The form collects personal details, travel information, health declarations, and customs declarations.
• QR Code Generation: Upon successful submission, a QR code will be emailed to you. This code must be presented—either digitally or printed—during check-in at your departure point and upon arrival in Cuba.
• In addition to the D'Viajeros form, as of June 30, 2025, all tourists entering Cuba are required to obtain an electronic visa (eVisa) through the official portal. Ensure you complete both the eVisa application and the D'Viajeros form to comply with Cuba's entry requirements.
