All travelers, including foreign visitors, Cuban citizens, and residents, must fill out the D'Viajeros form before entering Cuba.

The form should be completed within 7 days prior to your arrival in Cuba. It's advisable not to wait until the last minute to avoid potential issues.

The form collects personal details, travel information, health declarations, and customs declarations.

Provide the required information across the various sections, ensuring accuracy.

Upon successful submission, a QR code will be emailed to you. This code must be presented—either digitally or printed—during check-in at your departure point and upon arrival in Cuba.
